born in illinois, raised herself in army. ptsd keeps her out of the field. friends are the people who she lets into her life. sometimes still tries to keep them at a distance but she trusts them. she would do just about anything for them. they have seen her at her worst and at her best. they may or may not know about what is going on with her past; but she is protective over them. these are the ones she is afraid to lose. friends are hard to come by for stephanie. mainly because she pushes them out of her life. even those at work hardly know much about her. there is only a select few that she trusts. the ones who aren't afraid to call her on her stuff.

lovers ●

it's hard to get close to her, but those who can manage so have someone who would give their life for them. stephanie is nothing short of loyal but can still be quite a handful. she is very independent but also very loving to those who can manage to get close to her and accept her even at her worst. stephanie is quick to judge someone if they cross her though. this makes it hard for most people to get that close to her. it took james a few years to crack open her walls, and even then it's a process of stopping herself from building walls in her marriage. though with her former husband still alive, she's got a much bigger headache ahead of her.

enemies ●

when you can be mean to people, you tend to make a fair share of enemies. she is vindictive and doesn't let go of grudges easily. so if you wind up here, it is entirely possible you are on the wrong side of the fence. there is no possible way that stephanie is going to let you get away with crossing her or someone she cares about. two words. trained sniper.

I would most likely think that a thread of introducing each other to one another would be in order? Being that I did have him come mid-2017, perhaps it could be a past thread?

They arrived around the same time give or take a month. Past thread works for me.
